Nilesh is an Electronics Engineer with 12 years of rich experience. He joined Optimize Solutions Pvt. Ltd. in 2011 as Production Engineer and moved to Adaptive Engineering Pvt. Ltd. in 2013 as Production Engineer and moved up the ranks to the position of Head Engineering.

His personal interests are Painting and listening to Bollywood songs.
