Project Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Determine project objectives by involving all relevant stake holders and submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards and technical feasibility
• Coordinate cross discipline team member and third parties/vendors/Clients for the flawless execution of multiple projects
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Predict and manage resources needed to reach the goal
• Prepare project budget as per the scope and track the cost
• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
• Perform other related duties as assigned
• Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs
• Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
• Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
• Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies
