Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Project planning: You will need to work with the project team to plan and organize the project. This will involve creating project timelines, milestones, and schedules
  • Communication: As the project coordinator, you will be responsible for communicating with team members, stakeholders, and clients. You will need to keep everyone updated on the project’s progress, answer any questions, and resolve any issues
  • Document management: You will be responsible for maintaining project documentation. This will involve creating project reports, updating project plans, and maintaining records of project activities
  • Task Allocation: Help Project manager to create project document and allocation of task, Follow up internal with cross discipline team leader to get the task completed as well as with external stake holder like vendors, clients
  • Procurement planning: Help Project manager to create purchase issue schedule and track the same
  • Quality control: You will need to ensure that the project is completed to a high standard. This will involve monitoring the project’s progress and ensuring that it meets all quality standards

The project coordinator will support the project manager and ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard. You will need to be organized, communicative, and able to work collaboratively with others.

  • Organizational skills: As a project coordinator, you will need to be highly organized to keep track of project timelines, milestones, and schedules
  • Communication skills: You will need to have excellent communication skills to work effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients. You will need to be able to explain complex ideas clearly and concisely, listen actively, and provide feedback
  • Time management skills: You will need to be able to prioritize tasks effectively and manage your time to meet project deadlines
  • Attention to detail: You will need to be detail-oriented and ensure that all project deliverables meet the required quality standards
  • Problem-solving skills: You will need to be able to identify potential problems and develop solutions to mitigate them
  • Teamwork skills: You will need to be able to work collaboratively with others, build relationships, and be a team player
  • Adaptability: You must adapt to changing project requirements, timelines, and priorities
  • Technical skills: You will need to have a basic understanding of project management methodologies, project management software, and other technical tools used in project coordination
  • Analytical skills: You will need to be able to analyse project data and reports to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement
  • Computer Proficiency: Having good typing speed, Good knowledge and application for the MS Office, Power point and MS Word
