Role Overview:
- The Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving brand leadership, demand generation, and market penetration for the company’s renewable business. The role will align marketing strategy with long sales cycles, large-ticket projects, and policy-driven markets across Developer, IPP and EPC
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop marketing strategies to support utility-scale, C&I, and ground mounted EPC projects
- Support tender-driven marketing (SECI, NTPC, state DISCOMs, PSUs)
- Create EPC-focused collaterals: Project credentials, Pre-qualification documents, Capability decks, and execution case studies
- Build strong positioning around execution capability, timelines, quality, and safety
- Drive B2B lead generation for corporates, industries, and commercial consumers
- Manage participation in solar expos, REI, Intersolar, and government forums
- Support sales teams with bid presentations, BOQ narratives, and proposal branding
- Track project pipeline contribution from marketing
- Develop product positioning, GTM strategies, and launch campaigns
- Create technical marketing assets: datasheets, certifications, test reports, and comparison sheets
- Manage digital campaigns targeting EPCs and consultants
- Coordinate factory visits, dealer meets, and partner training programs
- Track market share and partner engagement
Required Skills & Background:
- Solar EPC, infrastructure EPC, power transmission, or large-scale construction marketing
- Experience in Electrical and Automation projects
- Solar industry experience strongly preferred
