Role Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets for electrical panels.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the industrial automation and electrical systems sector.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any issues that arise.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products and services to prospective customers.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure that customer requirements are fully understood and met.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
- Provide after-sales support and follow-up to ensure long-term customer satisfaction.
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events to promote AEPL’s products and services.
Qualifications & Skill Set:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, specifically in panel manufacturing and sales.
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical panels and systems.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing client relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
