Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Attend and actively participate in internal meetings with MD/Director/CEO and cross-functional teams on internal projects, timelines, and deliverables
  • Prepare and circulate clear, structured Minutes of Meeting (MoM) capturing decisions, action items, ownership, and timelines
  • Ensure acknowledgment of MoMs and alignment from all stakeholders within defined timelines
  • Ensure every task discussed has a clearly defined owner and committed deadline
  • Track action items across teams and conduct regular follow-ups to ensure timely completion
  • Proactively identify delays, dependencies, risks, and bottlenecks in ongoing projects
  • Escalate stalled transactions or critical issues to MD/Directors with facts and clear context
  • Create and maintain centralized trackers or dashboards for all open and ongoing projects or transactions

Required Experience:

  • 4 to 5 years of experience in Project Management or Operations Coordination and Management
  • Experience in a manufacturing or project-driven organization will be an added advantage.

Skill set:

  • Strong written and verbal English communication with excellent documentation and follow-up discipline
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, parallel tasks, and tight timelines effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complex information
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel-based trackers, dashboards, and presentations
  • Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) and creating visual or graphical reports for leadership
