Role Responsibilities:

  • Lead efforts to identify, develop, and close significant sales opportunities for LT panels, with a strong focus on 800V and IEC 61439 compliant panels.
  • Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with key customers, understanding and addressing their complex technical and business requirements.
  • Provide expert-level technical explanations and compelling demonstrations of our advanced LT panel solutions.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas and strategic business development objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with internal engineering, production, and service teams to ensure seamless project delivery and exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively monitor and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes relevant to LT panels, providing strategic insights.
  • Travel extensively across India to customer locations for high-impact business acquisition, in-depth technical understanding, and strategic solution explanation.

Desired Skills:

  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and advanced interpersonal skills, adept at engaging with technical and commercial decision-makers.
  • In-depth technical knowledge of Low Voltage (LT) panels, including comprehensive understanding of 800V systems and expert-level familiarity with IEC 61439 standards.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding challenging sales targets and driving substantial business growth.
  • High proficiency in strategic sales planning, advanced lead generation techniques, and sophisticated client relationship management.
  • Strong negotiation and advanced problem-solving abilities, with a focus on providing tailored solutions to complex client needs.
  • Highly self-motivated, proactive, and capable of leading strategic sales initiatives independently while fostering strong cross-functional collaboration.
