Role Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads and identify sales opportunities for CRP panels across various industrial and utility sectors.
- Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their specific requirements..
- Provide expert technical consultation and articulate the value proposition of CRP panel solutions.
- Successfully negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve individual and team targets.
- Liaise with design, engineering, and project management teams for technical accuracy and timely delivery.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitive landscape, and growth areas in the CRP segment.
- Travel extensively across India to customer locations for business acquisition, technical understanding, and solution explanation.

- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
- In-depth technical understanding of Control, Relay, and Protection (CRP) panels, including their design, functionality, various protection schemes, and relevant industry standards.
- Proven ability to identify and secure new business opportunities, consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong proficiency in strategic sales planning, effective lead generation, and robust client relationship management, particularly with technical buyers.
- Advanced negotiation and complex problem-solving abilities, capable of developing customized CRP solutions.
- Highly self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage a sales pipeline effectively, demonstrating strong initiative and independent work ethic.
