Roles & Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows 10/11 and Server editions
- Provide support for installation, troubleshooting, and resolving errors related to Schneider, ABB, Wago, MASIBUS, and other related industrial automation software
- Assist in resolving hardware-related issues for both desktop and server environments
- Implement and maintain antivirus software, ensuring up-to-date protection for all systems
- Troubleshoot installation errors and provide efficient solutions for hardware and software problems
- Collaborate with the IT team to provide timely support and resolve any technical issues that arise in a server or desktop environment
Technical Skills:
- Basic knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Server OS installation and configuration
- Familiarity with antivirus software and security practices
- Exposure to Schneider, ABB, Wago, MASIBUS, or similar industrial software (installation and troubleshooting experience is a plus)
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team
- Good communication skills to assist end users with technical issues
- Basic hardware troubleshooting for both desktops and servers
