Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain Windows 10/11 and Server editions
  • Provide support for installation, troubleshooting, and resolving errors related to Schneider, ABB, Wago, MASIBUS, and other related industrial automation software
  • Assist in resolving hardware-related issues for both desktop and server environments
  • Implement and maintain antivirus software, ensuring up-to-date protection for all systems
  • Troubleshoot installation errors and provide efficient solutions for hardware and software problems
  • Collaborate with the IT team to provide timely support and resolve any technical issues that arise in a server or desktop environment

Technical Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Server OS installation and configuration
  • Familiarity with antivirus software and security practices
  • Exposure to Schneider, ABB, Wago, MASIBUS, or similar industrial software (installation and troubleshooting experience is a plus)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team
  • Good communication skills to assist end users with technical issues
  • Basic hardware troubleshooting for both desktops and servers
