Roles & Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of employees, providing guidance, support, and direction
- Oversee the delivery of services to clients or customers, ensuring high quality
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and effective manner
- Identify inefficiencies in service delivery processes and implement improvements
- Address and resolve escalated issues related to service delivery
- Communicate effectively with team members, other departments, and senior management
- Attending Weekly Meeting with Internal Department related to execution of project
- Planning of Engineer for Site Visit and Commissiong activities up to end to end of project
- Execution of complete Project smoothly encountering the hurdles in between
