Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead a team of employees, providing guidance, support, and direction
  • Oversee the delivery of services to clients or customers, ensuring high quality
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and effective manner
  • Identify inefficiencies in service delivery processes and implement improvements
  • Address and resolve escalated issues related to service delivery
  • Communicate effectively with team members, other departments, and senior management
  • Attending Weekly Meeting with Internal Department related to execution of project
  • Planning of Engineer for Site Visit and Commissiong activities up to end to end of project
  • Execution of complete Project smoothly encountering the hurdles in between
