Roles & Responsibilities:
- To handle & support customer complaint remotely
- To visit site for rectification / resolution, if requires
- To visit site for preventive maintenance of PLC & SCADA System
- Maintaining customer complaint log, documentation
Technical Skills: PLC & SCADA
- Should have exposure to PLC & SCADA (especially Schneider PLC & SCADA) & IT
- Networking component
- Should have exposure to communication protocol, Modbus Serial, Modbus TCP/IP etc
- SCADA Configuration, Modification, Testing
- PLC Programming, Development
- Trouble Shooting
- Exposure to Solar vertical is preferable
