Roles & Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Act as the go-to person for all Odoo-related internal queries.
  • Coordinate with external Odoo consultants for issue resolution and enhancements.
  • Maintain user roles, access rights, and help define workflow rules.
  • Support internal teams across departments.
  • Document and track issues, feature requests, and solutions.
  • Monitor ERP usage and suggest process improvements to maximize efficiency.
  • Maintain system documentation, SOPs, and user guides for internal users.
  • Provide basic ERP training to new users or departments as needed.
  • Support data integrity, timely updates, and reporting within the ERP system.

Requirements::

  • 2+ years of ERP implementation or support experience (preferably Odoo).
  • Good understanding of business workflows in manufacturing, sales, or project environments.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or related field.
  • Ability to manage pressure, multitask, and work with cross-functional teams.
  • Functional understanding of ERP implementation life cycles.
