Roles & Roles and Responsibilities:
- Act as the go-to person for all Odoo-related internal queries.
- Coordinate with external Odoo consultants for issue resolution and enhancements.
- Maintain user roles, access rights, and help define workflow rules.
- Support internal teams across departments.
- Document and track issues, feature requests, and solutions.
- Monitor ERP usage and suggest process improvements to maximize efficiency.
- Maintain system documentation, SOPs, and user guides for internal users.
- Provide basic ERP training to new users or departments as needed.
- Support data integrity, timely updates, and reporting within the ERP system.
Requirements::
- 2+ years of ERP implementation or support experience (preferably Odoo).
- Good understanding of business workflows in manufacturing, sales, or project environments.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or related field.
- Ability to manage pressure, multitask, and work with cross-functional teams.
- Functional understanding of ERP implementation life cycles.
