Role Responsibilities:
- Lead efforts to identify and pursue new business opportunities for MV panel sales in Renewable Industry.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, acting as a primary point of contact.
- Conduct in-depth technical discussions and compelling presentations on MV panel solutions.
- Independently prepare and deliver comprehensive sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Negotiate complex terms and close significant sales agreements to consistently meet and exceed targets.
- Collaborate strategically with technical and engineering teams to ensure optimal customer satisfaction and successful project execution.
- Proactively stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and new product developments in the MV panel segment, providing insights to the team.
- Travel extensively across India to customer locations for high-level business acquisition, in-depth technical understanding, and explanation of our advanced solutions.

- Exceptional communication, presentation, and advanced interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with senior stakeholders.
- In-depth technical understanding of Medium Voltage (MV) panels, their complex applications, and relevant national and international industry standards.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding challenging sales targets and driving significant revenue growth.
- High proficiency in strategic sales planning, effective lead generation, and robust client relationship management.
- Strong negotiation and advanced problem-solving abilities, with a capacity to resolve complex client issues.
- Highly self-motivated, proactive, and capable of leading initiatives independently while fostering strong team collaboration.
